Eero Saarinen designed the collection Tulip consisting of tables and chairs from the late 1940s until the 1950s, it is one of Knoll's most recognizable collections. The tables and chairs Tulip were made of modern elegant materials, helping to establish Knoll's identity. The collection Tulip by Knoll is a distinctive realization of modern design and a timeless addition to your home.
Base: original sketch Saarinen in treated aluminum and protected with Rilsan.
Plain: in marble. The marbles are of the best quality and selected for eliminating the structural defects. The finish transparent polyester also protects from the stains.
The difference in height of 1 cm, among the plan in rolled and that with the plan in marble, is due to the thickness of the same plan.
Marble = thickness 2 cms
Note: the logo Knoll is positioned under to every basic. A nameplate with the logo KnollStudio and the signature of the designer it is found under to every plain or under the plane.
