The evolution of LED technology has made it possible to update the Costanza lamp without altering the functional quality and essential lines of the classic version with its E27 socket, designed in 1986 for the bulbs used at the time: the incandescent models that have now been taken off the market.
The LED module in this new version offers the same lighting performance, the same qualities of diffused brightness and visual comfort.
The built-in LED system, including the aluminium heat sink, reprises the original forms in its essential design, a cylindrical shape based on the geometry of the previous version, while adapting it to the new support of the classic conical lampshade, which remains a constant with its essential image. An adjustment of the geometry of the small rods that support the shade simplifies assembly and completely eliminates the shadows on the shade surface.
